Value For Money For an average school, the cost of accessing our kits online works out to be $25 per kit [divided by the number of teachers using the kit], or $5 per student, or $2.50 per lesson [divided by the number of times the lesson is taught]. On average, using our kits will save each teacher 4 hours of prep time per lesson! 2. No Barrier to Excellence The single annual fixed cost to your school means you are totally free to use any of the resources as often as you need to without incurring any further costs. Overall Value for Money An average school would use 200 of our kits per year. Our paper-based kits retail at $95.90 per kit. The total annual cost to the school for paper-based resources is about $20,000 per year. With Windhover eMasters, the fixed annual cost to the school is $5000. This works out to around $25 per kit [divided by the number of teachers using the kit]! b. Per Student At the fixed licence fee of $5000 per year: If there are 500 students in your school, the cost of access works out to about $10 per student per year. With 1000 students, the cost drops to only $5 per student per year! c. Per Lesson Each kit is designed with fresh material to cover 10 lessons. At $25 per kit [divided by the number of teachers using the kit], this works out to $2.50 per lesson [divided by the number of times the lesson is taught]! d. Preparation Time It takes us on average 40 hours to prepare each kit for 10 lessons. Each lesson will save you 4 hours of prep time!
Funding Ideas Your school pays the licence fee from its general funds. Your school pays the licence fee with its library funds or grant. Your school pays the licence fee with a blend of library fund/grant and shared Learning Area funds, depending on the expected use. Your Parents Association partly or fully funds the licence fee. Or do it your way!
